thank u sir, you have explained very well about how SAP is useful to business management and commercial activity with total transparency . But basically some problems occur as per my experience, when we are entering Agricultural Master Data some important fields are missed 1) Phase DTR phase is not showing. Ex: 1-Ph / 3-Ph 2)Capacity of DTR not showing. Ex:100KVA.63KVA,25KVA,15KVA. if possible kindly change back end software.

Phase and capacity are mentioned in the material code description for DTRs in SAP.
Ex:
Code Description
DTC30108 – 3-PH 250KVA DTR CRGO Conventional
DTC10006 – 1-PH 25KVA DTR CRGO CSP
DTC30004 – 3-PH 63KVA DTR CRGO CSP
For list of material codes along with description execute TCode: MM60 or ZMSTORE14
I hope you are talking about the ISI DTR (Energy Audit Screen) not SAP?
In Agl. Master Data for ISI DTRs, structure codes are tracked rather than DTR codes…
Anyway, there also capacity is available in the screen…. Please confirm….

sir, continuing on the the comment by Mr Anil ,while updating DTR type in SAP thro ZSTRTYPE, the screen does not contain capacity & phase of DTRs in a particular structure which will help to update str type easily. Please enable the same in STRTYPE screen. thanking u

ZPMSTRTYPE is basically used for updation of structure details – such as to which SS and/or to which feeder it attached. A structure may accommodate more than one DTR… providing DTR details at the time of updating structure details is not possible. Alternatively, use ZPMREPORT14 tcode for DTR details (even for more then one) on the structure.

My point of argument is that if ZSTRTYPE screen does display the details of DTRs with phase including landmark of each structure, it would be easy for the end user to update the structure type , feeder and sub station in SAP. pl think over about it
